"4th Quarter" Travelers

I’ve always loved travel.  My parents gave me the bug, but it was only as an adult – when I had to negotiate the challenges of prices, schedules, and unexpected changes – that I really learned to appreciate good travel planning.   This blog is intended to share my own thoughts and experiences.  My words are not those of a travel expert but rather those of a travel lover who has some rich experiences and lessons learned.  Sometimes I’m looking for least cost; sometimes I’m looking for a luxury trip.  But in all cases I’m focused on VALUE.   I’m hoping these trip reports will save you some money and give you some ideas to pursue.
